Rent the Lucas County Fairground Facilities for your Event!

Please Note: No Livestock Auctions are Permitted on the Fair Grounds other than the Lucas County Fair

A $100 damage deposit will be charged for each event. 

Single Event 

• Indoor Arena, $125.00  (NOTE: Does NOT include booths around the arena.)

• Undercover Arena  $400.00 

• 4-H Exhibit Building, $125.00

The following buildings may be rented for an additional $50 per day

• Kitchen

• Livestock Barns, $50 per barn

  • Beef (3 barns)

  • Swine (1 barn)

  • Sheep (1 barn)

  • Overflow (1 barn)
